    太极课堂笔记 (2)

     
    杨老师终于从国内回来了,今天来上课的同学格外多,很多很久没有见到的同学,寒暄一番,分外亲切。每次上杨老师的课,都觉得自己的耳朵眼睛大脑不够用,很短的时间有太多的信息,很难消化。 如果一次课能记下一个要点,并照着做了,就对得起自己了。
     
    推手
     
    - 还是一个“松”字。老师说,如果手很僵硬,和对手接触只有一个小面,当手掌放松的时候,自然和对手的接触面积就大了,于是就有更多的机会感受对方的气和力道。
     
    - 手臂要象弹簧一样,松软灵活,才能化解对方的力,并能借敌人的力来反击。不能用死劲。
     
    - 做circle练习的时候,要注意手型的变化,力求和对方同步。如果某一次,对手的手型变化不一样了,必定是有不同的意图,要格外留意。
     
    - circle练习可以慢慢练,注意每一个细节,也可以快快练,注重动作的连贯性和气的流畅。
     
    - stick! 始终是重要的。不能粘住对方,就没法感觉对方的力。
     
    搂膝拗步
     
    - 腰右转的同时,带动右手掌心转向后, 左手立掌转向右。有的派别要求先左转再右转,我们这里要求直接右转。
     
    - 腰带身体继续向右后转,定型的时候,手指向右后角,身体则介于右前角和正右方之间。是腰转,而不是髋部转。腰转了,髋部还是要朝向右前方,这样跨还是打开的。右手环臂,先是肩膀带动,然后是肘部带动,要沉肩,手走一个圆弧。左手不是平平地划过去,而是先向上抬,再压下去。两只手动作的应用都是化解对方的攻击。
     
    - 左手的搂膝,实际是划大弧,抓住对方前来攻击的手。同时左脚挡在对手左侧,准备下面的拗步。右手举至肩高,准备出击。这个定型,要空出腋窝,含胸,感觉脊椎与手臂的连接,这样才能更好发力。
     
    - 右手出击,左脚抵住对手右脚,对手失去平衡,拗步的目的就达到了。切记右手出拳后不能太直,仍要保持曲线。
     
    - 搂膝和拗步时,身体连贯地转至正前方。手脚身体要连贯同步。
     
    白鹤亮翅
     
    - 提手上式转白鹤亮翅的时候,左右手要同步,不能右手到了,左手还在半路。
     
    提手上式
     
    - 身体不正,向左歪太多了。
     
    左搂膝拗步转右搂膝拗步
     
    - 眼睛直视前方,两手在身体的正中间。
